The Higher Self
What exactly does the term "higher self" refer to?
Namaste
The God in me sees the God in you.
You hear so many people say "namaste", but do they realize how profound that word actually is? Namaste means "the God inside of me honors the God that is inside of you". Think about that for a minute. "God" is inside of you - not something separate & completely external., as is often taught through organized religions. The higher self is the energy of "God", "Spirit", or the "Creator" inside each of us. The higher self is your soul, which is multi-dimensional, and has one foot on each side of the veil. The "higher self" refers to the divine part of you that is connected to the other side - outside of your body, yet connected to this physical side as well. The higher self is often trying to communicate with you, through signs & synchronicities, begging you to recognize the divinity within you.
How can you communicate with the higher self?
First of all, you have free will so you have to ask. Say it out loud. Your vocal cords release sound vibrations that have an energetic frequency. "Higher self, I call upon your and your assistance.....guide & protect me, I am claiming my highest joy & my highest timeline". Or something like that. Ask for signs. And then pay attention, or you will miss them. We get signs all the time, but we often don't notice.
Tarot is also a tool that makes it very easy to get those messages from the higher self. Many people have the wrong idea of what tarot is - it is not fortune telling. It is simply seeking advice from your higher self - it is the divine part of YOU advising YOU. Ask your higher self a question & see what the cards have to say. The higher self can bring the wisdom from the subconscious & unconscious minds into consciousness.
Raise your frequency to get on the right channel to better receive the messages from the higher self. Meditate. Pray/talk to God. Do something you love and be with those you love, as love is the highest frequency emotion.
God is love. Your higher self is love.
Namaste.
